Support
Adkemist is a small operation, so support is email rather than a ticket queue. Write in plain language, include the ad account or campaign name if the question is about one, and you will get a person.
Product and account
Connection problems, questions about a number, bugs, billing when there is billing.
Privacy and data deletion
Access requests, corrections, and deleting your account or your Meta connection.
We answer as quickly as we can, usually within a working day or two. We do not staff support around the clock, and we would rather say that than promise a response time nobody is on call to meet.
What we can help with
Connecting or reconnecting Meta
The authorisation did not finish, no ad accounts appeared, or the connection has stopped syncing. Meta access tokens expire after about 60 days, and reconnecting is usually all it takes.
A figure that looks wrong
Adkemist shows what Meta reports for the window you have selected, which does not always match what Ads Manager shows for a different one. Send the campaign name and the dates and we will tell you which of the two is happening.
Your account and workspace
Sign-in trouble, changing the email on an account, adding someone to a workspace, or switching which ad account a workspace reads.
Something is broken
A page that will not load, a report that will not generate, an alert that did not arrive. Tell us what you were doing and roughly when, and we can find it in the logs.
What we cannot help with
We cannot change anything inside your Meta account. Adkemist holds read-only permission and issues no request that alters a campaign, a budget or an ad, so a paused campaign, a rejected ad or a billing problem on Meta’s side has to go to Meta.
We also do not manage accounts or write creative. Adkemist tells you what the data says; the buying stays yours.
Deleting your data
You can disconnect Meta from your Adkemist settings at any time, and you can ask for everything to be erased. The data deletion page explains both, and what each one removes.
